Yes we are! Rocky Mountain Pet Care is registered as an LLC in the state of Utah and insured by Business Insurers of the Carolinas
We use a specific booking software called Time to Pet that automatically invoices you when you book with us. You are then able to pay your invoices manually or let our automated system run your card the day your invoice is due. We require invoices be paid in full before services start.
For bookkeeping purposes, We do not accept payment outside of Time to Pet. Time to Pet is powered by Stripe Card processing and keeps all of your personal information private.
As a professional pet care company we are licenced and insured, but also certified in things like animal behaviour, pet first aid, and pet CPR. We are enrolled in further education programs offered to pet sitters so that we can better care for your pets, and always on the lookout for more knowledge or learning opportunities that can help us achieve our mission.
We’ve carefully set our prices to reflect the high-quality care and attention we provide to every pet. Our rates ensure that we can maintain the best standards of service, including being fully licensed and insured. While we don’t negotiate prices, we do offer various services that might suit your needs. We’re committed to providing excellent value for the care of your pet.
Garage doors, and door codes can malfunction and batteries can die. Even the systems that allow you to unlock it for us via your smartphone can go horribly wrong if you are in an area with no cell service, or towers go down, or wifi is interrupted. Because we want to ensure that your pet isn't left to fend for themselves we prefer to have a physical key on file in the event something goes wrong.
We like to keep our clients contact information confidential. We do however have reviews on both Google and Facebook.
